Dongguan Songshan Lake Zhongda · 365 Technology Incubator is one of the complete projects in the Songshan Lake product chain. It has been officially operational since August 2015 and has been developed in three phases, with a total planned land area of approximately 130000 square meters and a total construction area of approximately 250000 square meters.

The Zhongda · 365 Technology Incubator has initially formed an industrial cluster and established cooperative relationships with multiple universities and colleges, as well as a professional investment service team. It provides convenient mentor training, financial, legal, tax and other services for settled enterprises, and has complete living facilities, allowing enterprises to have no worries and meet all work and life needs in the park.
Latest developments
The third phase is currently under construction, and Shengqi Investment Promotion is also underway. The experimental building is designed with a height of 6 meters, while the acceleration building is designed with a height of 4.5 meters. The floor load is 450KG/㎡, which meets the load-bearing needs of space such as office, scientific research, testing, and light production for enterprises.

Guangdong Zhongda Nanhai Marine Biotechnology Engineering Center Co., Ltd.
A national engineering research center established by the National Development and Reform Commission in March 2004
Technology research and industry incubation center based on Sun Yat-sen University. There are more than 200 scientific researchers, including 1 academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, 5 professors and doctoral supervisors, 2 senior engineers, 15 doctors and masters, and more than 85% of them have bachelor degree or above.
The center uses modern advanced biotechnology combined with traditional marine aquaculture and processing technology to conduct research and industrialization of marine biotechnology such as marine aquaculture, marine biological products, and marine drugs.
