Overview of High tech Zone

Songshan Lake is located in the geometric center of Dongguan, with a planned total area of 103 square kilometers. It is an important strategic platform for Dongguan to promote the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

Within its jurisdiction are: Songshan Lake Science City, Ecological Park, and Eastern Industrial Park.

Songshan Lake was upgraded to a national high-tech industrial development zone approved by the State Council in September 2010. Currently, the park ranks 21st in the comprehensive strength of the national high-tech zones.

The biological industry is one of the five major strategic emerging industries in Dongguan. It is planned that by 2025, the output value of Dongguan's life sciences and biotechnology industries will reach 100 billion yuan.

As of the first half of 2020, Songshan Lake has about 450 biological enterprises of various types, accounting for 80% of Dongguan City, forming an ecosystem of multiple industrial chains such as innovative drugs, medical devices, in vitro diagnostics, and stem cells.

Zhongda 365 Industrial Park is the first professional carrier of biotechnology in Songshan Lake and even Dongguan.

Efforts to build an ecological chain of business incubation-business acceleration-corporate listing cultivation-bio-industry town.

The project covers an area of 130,000 square meters, with a planned construction area of 250,000 square meters and a total investment of over 1 billion yuan. It is the largest biotechnology industry community in the central area of Songshan Lake Science City.

The third phase of Zhongda 365 is in the process of constructing three high-standard R&D buildings with a construction area of 78,000 square meters, a single storey of 6 meters high and a load-bearing 450 kg.
